What LIGHT HOUSE does

We provide design consultation in a variety of situations:

• Consult on small jobs where complete architectural services are not needed
• "Walk the Land" to help clients evaluate potential building sites
• Help clients analyze renovation possibilities to resolve "build or move" dilemmas
• Advise clients on renovation possibilities while new home shopping
• Provide design ideas for clients who cannot afford complete architectural services
• Give clients "food for thought" for future projects
• Provide second opinions on designs by others
• Create master plans to help clients budget improvements over many years

The consultations range from a few hours to a few days. They are an excellent way for homeowners who are "stuck" with a design problem to get some fresh ideas to move ahead.
